The Chanel renovation brings timeless glamour and a fresh, modern feel. Taylor reimagined the bar, lounge, and bathroom to create spaces that blend high-end style with practical design. The bar now has custom shelving, wine storage, and gold accents, setting the stage for effortless entertaining. The lounge has rich tones, plush seating, and a playful touch with a shuffleboard table. In the bathroom, we brought in Art Deco wallpaper, gold fixtures, and chic tiling to create a luxurious retreat. The Chanel is all about comfort, style, and spaces that feel as good as they look—perfect for both relaxing and hosting.
THE BERLUTI
The Berluti combines bold, contemporary design with warm, inviting elements. Featuring a striking exterior with dark siding and brick accents, a sleek kitchen with black cabinetry and gold finishes, and a luxurious primary suite with a marble bath, this custom home offers both style and functionality. Highlights include a cozy game room, home office, and an outdoor screened-in porch with a brick fireplace, perfect for year-round relaxation.
THE BURBERRY
The Burberry is a beautiful transformation of a historic 1800s schoolhouse into a warm, modern farmhouse. This project honors the home’s roots with original pine floors and restored fireplace mantels, while bringing in modern touches like vaulted ceilings and large windows for plenty of light. The kitchen is the heart of the home, with custom cabinets, a wooden range hood, and a spacious walk-in pantry. The Burberry seamlessly blends past and present, creating a home that’s perfect for today’s living while honoring its rich history.
