TAILORED HOME RENOVATIONS
Serving Richmond & Central Virginia

Love your home and location, but ready for an update? Tailored Homes helps homeowners make better use of their existing space with custom renovations, from kitchens and living areas to finished basements and whole-home updates.

We serve Richmond, Midlothian, Moseley, Chesterfield, Powhatan, Goochland, Amelia and Cumberland.

Kitchens & Living Spaces

A renovation can change how you use your home every day. That might mean opening the kitchen to the living room, adding storage or finding room for a scullery and mudroom within your existing layout.

The Tailored Homes team works with you to understand what’s missing and plan changes that make sense for your home.

Whole-Home Renovations

Some homes need more than a new kitchen. Tailored Homes handles larger renovations that bring together layout changes, updated bathrooms, new flooring and finishes, and exterior improvements.

We’ll help you decide what to keep, what to change and how the updates will work together.

Basement Renovations

Make your basement a space you look forward to using. Tailored Homes renovates basements to include bars, theater rooms, game rooms and dedicated spaces for hobbies and entertaining.

Each project starts with how you want to use the space and what’s possible within the existing home.
