The Valentina | Custom Home by Tailored Homes

The Valentina pairs a light exterior and dark accents with warm wood finishes and open living spaces. An arched front door, large windows and custom cabinetry give this Tailored Homes project its character, while separate spaces for work, exercise and entertaining make room for everyday life.

Exterior & Entry

The home’s gabled rooflines, dark-framed windows and arched wood front door stand out against the light exterior. Inside, ceiling beams and wood flooring carry that warmth through the entry and into the main living areas.

Kitchen, Dining & Living Spaces

The kitchen combines white and natural wood cabinetry with a large island and seating. A window over the sink looks out toward the trees, while open shelving provides space for everyday dishes and display.

An adjoining butler’s pantry takes a darker direction, with black cabinetry, patterned countertops and additional storage and preparation space.

In the great room, a fireplace, built-in shelving and firewood storage form the main feature wall. Large sliding glass doors connect the room to the backyard. Nearby, the dining room’s dark-paneled walls and statement chandelier create a separate setting for meals and gatherings.

Primary Suite & Custom Closets

A vaulted wood ceiling and large windows give the primary bedroom an open, airy feel. The bathroom includes a freestanding tub beside a window overlooking the property, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and separate vanities.

Walk-in closets with built-in shelving and hanging space provide storage throughout the home.

Spaces With a Personal Touch

The Valentina includes rooms with distinct purposes and finishes. A dark-paneled lounge with a brick fireplace offers another place to gather. A home office features a built-in desk and shelving, while the exercise room has large windows and space for workouts.

Other details include colorful laundry room cabinetry, bedroom accent walls and built-in beds tucked beneath a sloped ceiling.

Outdoor Living

A covered patio with ceiling fans provides sheltered seating beside the house. The backyard pool and lawn offer additional space to spend time outside, with large windows and glass doors keeping the yard connected to the interior.
